High Performance Racing LTC would like to advise all individuals who use higher performance upgrades on the motor vehicles to operate them in a way that does not endanger the general public OR the operator of the motor vehicle. Statistics unfortunately show that 83% of modified cars that are involved in motor vehicle accidents are driven by males between the ages of 17 and 34. Guys, we as a Performance parts supplier cannot stress enough - PLEASE drive sensibly with your new toys, and keep the fun for the race tracks!

Thanks for visiting the High Performance Racing (HyPer / HPR) Website. This legal information page provides details of what information may be stored, copyright information and product warrantee information. Please read over it carefully before submitting an application to join the members lounge or purchasing a product.

Purchasing our products...

Your information provided will be stored for further processing of orders and identifying your purchases. All information you submit to HPR via our contact forms or our online shop are protected by our "Discovery Security Service". None of your private information will ever be shared. You can track an order/purchase status from your user dashboard in the online checkout system. HPR would like to advise all customers that the majority of our parts listed are not held in store, they may need importing if the part requested is not a HPR manufactured part, please check the product availability before committing to purchase. If you ordered a HPR part that is out of stock, it may take up to 12 hours for it to be manufactured. Once you have made an order, we will contact you to finalize it, this usually takes place within 12 hours to make shipment within 3 business days (including Saturdays if in the Brisbane/Ipswich/Toowoomba area). HPR does currently sell via eBay, please ensure you follow eBay's purchasing policy. HPR's username on eBay is "bc.holdenracing" and the member to contact is "Brendan Cooke". If you are purchasing a HPR product from someone not using this name, we cannot enforce a warranty. HPR is limited to selling only up to a value of $20,000 via eBay, if there are no products listed please contact us to make an order or check the online shop for availability.

Purchasing performance products...

Buying performance products on HPR website requires full payment before delivery is made. We do not have an "order online and pickup payment" or "cash on delivery" service. HPR insurer's every freight delivery, if your product arrives damaged or fails to arrive at all please let us know within 3 weeks of purchase. HPR has to advise all customers not to use high performance motoring products in a way that can endanger the general public or the operator of the motor vehicle.

Ordering Products...

Please take note, when ordering products through High Performance Racing - either ONLINE or over the phone. Your order time frame is only an estimation. Any number of problems can arouse causing issue with either the order OR delivery of an merchandise you ordered. If your product is on order and the estimated time has elapsed an agent of HPR will be in contact with you to discuss the delay. Further estimations may be given however, due to supplier's being overseas based - High Performance Racing will give no promise on a delivery date. If you feel the order process is taking too long, High performance racing can and will honor a refund after a 90 day period has lapsed. Furthermore, High Performance Racing may hold any funds until the product has passed through customs or until notification of a successful order is made. We may also hold funds if a product is not available, until a successful order can be made.
Amendment for Ordering Products: A 15% GST and Duty tax fee will be redacted from your order amount as the order you make will be costing this non-recoverable amount in import taxes. This fee is not applicable to HyPer turbochargers and Performance Packages, as these products are locally assembled. Amendment added as of; 24/01/2016

Store Credit, Coupons and Gift Vouchers...

Store Credit coupons are only valid for a 12 calendar month period, if you have not used your store credit within this period you can ask for the value to be extended or cashed in at a 0.6:1 dollar value. The same rule applies for a standard coupon however, you can not exchange a standard coupon as these are often only used for promotional items.
Amendment for Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers have a life long product availability, meaning they will not expire. A gift voucher may not be cashed in and you are required to spend at least $100 in store before you can use it. Gift Vouchers added as of; 18/04/2015

The Important Information!

LAY-BUY TERMS & CONDITIONS...

HPR offers a maximum lay-buy period of eight weeks, which can be extended upon request. A minimum deposit of 25% is required as an establishment fee and trust to ensure continual payments are made. Once the deposit is made, HPR will engage the lay-buy period and the customer will have a two week cooling off period. After the two week period, your product is marked as ordered and taken off the shelf. Once this occurs, if you do not complete the 8 week lay-buy period without contacting us further - your order will be terminated. If you cancel a lay-buy or request a refund you will not be refunded your deposit as a restocking fee (25%), if the part you ordered is custom made to your application, you will forfeit a 75% restocking fee. This fee is considered higher then normal as your customized part is not able to be used on any other vehicle. If you make all payments within the first 4 weeks of the lay-buy, we will credit your account with 100 reward points.

Once you have established a lay-buy order with HPR, we will be in contact with you to establish how much your deposit is and what your minimum recommended weekly payment will be. However, our weekly suggestion for payment is not a required amount. Please budget responsibly, if you make consistent weekly or fortnightly payments we can extend your lay-buy period by up to an additional 4 weeks. If you reach your 12 week deadline and can not complete anymore payments after, we can refund your money due to the fact that you have shown good conduct with us. In these circumstances we can also consider a final value sale adjustment if the remaining amount does not exceed 20% of the total value of the item.

WARRANTY INFORMATION...

Please keep ALL receipts of purchases. HPR will have copies of your purchase, however, we will require proof that YOU purchased the product. All products are return to base for inspection and repair, or inspection and replacement. Postage costs to achieve this are handled at each end. Post from you (the buyer/returner) is to be paid by you and any postal costs involved in returning a fixed or replacement part will be handled by HPR. Please be aware, paint is considered a general wear and tear issue and is not claimable as a warranty repair. HPR uses high quality PPG paint and is then heat treated to withstand bubbling or peeling due to heat. If bubbling or peeling occurs within the 12 month warranty period, the item can be sent back for repainting. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAINT THE ITEM YOURSELF as it may have composite materials present.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES...

HPR will not refund an item that is unwanted outside of the initial 14 day purchase period. Please be sure to check you are in a position to purchase the product and that it is the right product for you. HPR will exchange a difference in price, if the product you purchased is incorrect and you want to exchange it. However, this will only be awarded if the product is returned in a Brand New state and with original packaging. If you exchange an item and it is dirty or not in its original packaging, a repackaging fee of $25 is applicable. If you are returning a product for warranty reasons, please clean the effected area as best you can and using white masking tape - Direct us to any problem area's. In exceptional circumstances, where a refund is requested, you may be refused a cash refund and given a store credit to an equal value, and if you are a registered member, you may also receive double value reward points for further discounts on your future purchases. In Australia, you are entitled to a refund within the 14 day purchase period, after which a seller/distributor can refuse a refund unless an item received is damaged, not as described. If the item is unwanted it is completely up to the sellers discursion, at High Performance Racing, we will only allow refund for unwanted items within the 14 day "grace" period, after that, you may only be entitled to a difference of amounts up to 75% of the value of the item and it must be unused and in original packaging. If you have returned an unwanted item it is likely you will receive a store credit, rather then a cash refund.

DISTRIBUTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS...

Gaining access to heavily discounted products from HPR is not as simple as filling out a form. You must first do that, and complete the application process with a HPR representative - who will contact you shortly after completing the correct paperwork. You must provide a basic structure of business showing your intentions of where to sell, how to sell, what your sales targets are and your prospective sales prices of the products you will sell. If you have backing to provide a large transfer of goods, you may receive a higher discount package if you turn products out faster. All your information sent to us in regards to business and personal information is kept private and secure, we also wont inform any member of the public including law enforcement (without warrant), that you are affiliated with us - unless you agree to do so on your own terms.

AFFILIATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS...

Amendment for Affiliated accounts: Affiliate account's are not supported by our recent web store upgrade and are currently not available. If you would like to sell High Performance Racing products on a commission basis, please contact us for information. 01/02/2016

High Performance Racing LTC does not do business directly with Whipple, Vortech, Edelbrock, or Weiand. We source these products through a United States based wholesaler. Other images on the website such as the manifold strip and the red and grey header which contains the "HyPer Racing" and "CDT Carbon Dynamix Technology" brand (produced by High Performance Racing LTC) are the digital property of Brendan Cooke, Director Manager of High Performance Racing LTC. These images have no copyright protection on them and may be used upon request or, if you are able enough to download them yourself.
